Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
There are no exchanges allowed for handmade books. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
These are handmade by me, not a professional, just a fellow book lover, so small errors are bound to happen. No refunds or partial refunds will be offered for minor damages, such as lifting foil or markings on the endpapers.
Refunds are not available after 24 hours of placing an order as I'll have already begun production on the book.
I am not responsible for damage caused once the book is shipped and in USPS's or any other mailing services' hands. If your order is damaged during shipping, please submit a claim directly with the shipping company itself, not with me. Thank you for understanding!
